Writing after such a long time. Its an unfair world and people are are unfair.... oh no wait... i  know someone who is fair. A perfect example for a tall.. very tall dark and handsome....Moiz, Mistry...Nothing gets people more worked up than sharing bad boss stories. Bad bosses are legend. Good bosses are few and you are one of them. Did you know that they don’t make bosses like you anymore. The next team that you manage are really lucky.

People treasure compliments that they get and need to be proud of them. You get an umpteen no. of them.  A simple , humble, down to earth and the a nice human I have ever met is you.

Never knew I would write this When I entered office 2 years back and met you for the first time.

Doing sales calls with you cracking jokes on the HR guy we met and busting our clients dull ideas had been a pleasure that I will treasure always. The high point of coming to work every day until now has been to impress you, laugh with you and fool around. You are the rock star of our office for me. Thanks for making my work life a whole lot easier.

You are not just a boss , you were a true superstar for bailing me out of all the troubles every time I messed up. Thanks for watching my back.

Achieving targets, handling clients seemed like a child’s play with you around. I doubt if there could be anyone who could fill your void. Your presence will be deeply missed. I will have to delete the first speed dial in my phone.

There is nothing I can say how much your guidance has fuelled my growth in the job. Thanks for grooming me.

You are going to go places mate. Congratulations on your new roll but I am sad to see you leave.

I have a clear gut feeling that I am going to end up meeting you again in my life. Until then be the all-star that you have always been.

I might have lost a fantastic boss but I seek solace in the fact that our friendship will endure.      

I viciously hope that you won’t enjoy your next job and will decide to come back. Just kidding.

Now for once I am going to give the orders here. I instruct you to reach the pub by 7pm so that you can treat us to many rounds of goodbye drinks, catch you there.
